How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing & Shipping
All orders are made to order and typically take 3–9 business days to process. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing begins once payment is received. some orders may ship earlier depending on order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation number via the email provided during checkout. Please ensure the email and cell phone number are correct. You will also receive a tracking number from the courier on your cell phone number provided for delivery updates.
What is your return policy?
If your package is returned to us for an incorrect address or is undeliverable we
will reach out to you with the email you have you provided on your order to
either reship your package or if you'd like a refund instead MINUS SHIPPING
COST. YayaKeney will not be held responsible for paying shipping fees to
resend packages. This will be the customers responsibility in order to create a
new shipping label with the updated address Upon placing your order please
double check your shipping address! if you need to update your shipping
address upon placing your order please reach out to us!
EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS
Please reach out if you would like a refund. Refund will only be issued if your
order has not been made yet .We do not accept exchange or returns .
Personalized items are NON REFUNABLE. Please double check the size and
item before checkout! Please contact us within 24 hours if you'd like to make a
change to your order (size/item) All sizes are unisex and runs to true sizes! We
only accept retunes if a mistake is made on our end (damaged product, wrong
color, wrong size ,etc.) Please reach out to us if this occurs upon receiving your
order! We will fix the issue and make it right!

How to Wash & Care for Your Embroidered Item
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Cold wash only (max 30°C)
• Use a gentle cycle
• Wash with similar colours
• Use mild detergent
• Do not bleach
Drying
• Air dry only for best results
• Do not tumble dry
Ironing
• Iron inside out on low heat
• Do not iron directly on embroidery
